Fitbit automatically tracks your fitness and sleep. A wireless device which somehow logs your movements and calculates how many calories you burn. And when you sleep, it also logs your movements:
As you fall in and out of REM sleep, your wrist experiences tiny tremors. The Tracker detects and records these tremors and can tell you how long it took you to fall asleep, how many times you woke up throughout the night and the actual time you were asleep vs the time you were in bed.
