There's been a competition to design the front cover for the next edition of Yann Martel's wonderful Man Booker-prize-winning novel Life of Pi. They had over 600 entries!

Here's some more information including a selection of 15 by shortlisted artists.. I really like 2,4,5 and 6 with 2 being my favourite. It reminds me of Hokusai a bit.
