Swastika-shaped house

Considering that this Swastika-shaped building was designed and built after the Second World War, you have to wonder how people's minds work sometimes. And it maybe shouldn't come as any surprise that money is going to be spent on altering the appearance. I wonder how obvious it is from ground level though?
