disable form buttons

courtesy of scriptygoddess. After submitting a form you can disable the button using Javascript. This means that commenters on your blog won't submit their words of wisdom twice! It doesn't stop them refreshing the page though! Perhaps it's best to stick to "actioning" your form to return another page...
