Compy 16 is a wonderful compilation of pop music including Caribou, Massive Attack and Primary 1. Track 9 is an amazing remix of the Beatles classic A Day In The Life.

As usual, every track is a highlight, there's no filler on this mix. However, I would like to bring your attention to a few tunes I'm particularly excited about:

• the new Caribou track Odessa, taken from his forthcoming album Swim, is so catchy
• I'm loving Joe Flory's voice on Primary 1 (with Nina Persson from The Cardigans), it's rich and deep and reminds me of Phil Oakey
• the Sei A Unknown Mix of The Beatles' A Day In The Life is a dubstep monster
• and the closing number from Massive Attack is simply beautiful (Hope Sandoval - from Mazzy Star - has such a sweet, dreamy voice)
