Anthony d'Offay donation

Anthony d'Offay has "donated" 725 works of modern art to the National Galleries of Scotland and the Tate. I say "donated" but he simply accepted a lot less than the market value of the works. Instead of selling for £125m he took £26.5m and in the process has written himself into the art history books.
